Madison County School District is now accpting RFP for Lawn and Landscape Care.
General Description of the Services: All work related to lawn and landscape care for the grounds of the following District Properties. “Lawn and landscape care” shall mean the mowing and landscape maintenance services required to provide the grounds of the subject properties with a neat and professional appearance. This includes mowing, trimming, edging of lawns, maintenance of flower beds and planters, pruning and trimming of shrubs and trees, removal and proper disposal of dead or fallen branches, foliage, straw and clippings and removal and proper disposal of litter, trash and debris found on the grounds.
District Properties: The District Properties to which this RFP applies are as follows: (a) the Madison County High School which is located at 2649 W US 90, Madison, Florida 32340 and consists of Parcel No. 18-1N-09-3582-003-000 (appx. 45.3 acres) and Parcel No. 19-1N-093585-001-000 (appx. 74.67 acres), (b) the Madison County Central School which is located at 2015 W US 90, Madison, Florida 32340 and costs pf Parcel No. 20-1N-09-3589-009-000 (appx. 59.16 acres).
To be considered, proposals must be received by the Superintendent of Schools at the District’s offices located at 210 North East Duval Avenue, Madison, Florida 32340 no later than 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, April 16, 2026. Proposals must be sealed and shall be marked on the outside as “Proposal for Lawn and Landscape Services Due Thursday, April 16, 2026.”
